INTERFACER – AWSR. Adjustable water/Humidity sensitive relay control Board. 

 

The INTERFACER-AWSR board is designed to perform relay switching function based on water detection for valve shut-off. 

 

The board power from industrial industrial 24V AC or DC

 

If used properly, it will eliminate the need for expensive boards, which would otherwise be needed to carry out the same tasks.

 

The INTERFACER-AWSR is easy to install, setup and operate. If you want to do professional water detection and relay switching, The INTERFACER-ADR1 offers the features you need.

 

Mounted easily via four 0.125" mounting holes. or via two 0.125" mounting holes to our modified enclosure with din rail EID-1593LBK and EID-1427DIN (both sold separately).

 

Setting the board is simple Just follow these easy steps

 

1. Connect the Water sensitive sensor W7 or W9X to the input.

 

3. Connect your valve to the relay output.

 

3. Connect the board to 24VDC or 24VAC.

 

3. Connect your voltage or current signal to the input. Set the reference point until relay turns on (LED will light up).

 

4. Adjust the input signal to the desired trip out point. 

 

5. Adjust the span trimmer until the relay turns off. 

 

The board monitors the sensor and both the LED and the  relay will turn on upon water detection (or humidity of 93% or greater). 

 

The board is ideal when water detection shut-off valve is required i.e. circulating pumps, water cooling-tower, and more.
