INTERFACER-4CBS. High accuracy quad channel signal buffered/splitter board.

 

The INTERFACER-4CBS board is designed to perform four tasks: 

 

1. buffer up to four (4) signals to there corresponding outputs via unity gain amplifier. Thus insure quality signals from and to Controller, HVAC, PLC, Damper or Actuator. The output tracks the input voltage 0 to 10V input to 0 to 10V with addition of Low past filter LPF.

 

2. Split and input single and buffered the split signal into up to four (4) signals outputs via unity gain amplifier. I.e. Input 1 (IN1) 10V to 0V signal to 10V to 0V on all the four outputs 1, 2,3 and 4.

 

3. Split and input single and buffered the split signal into up to four (2) signals outputs via unity gain amplifier. I.e. Input 1 (IN1) 0V to 10V signal to 0V to 10V on tow outputs 1, 2 and Input 3 (IN3) 0V to 5V signal to 0V to 5V on tow output 3, 4.

 

4. Split and input single and buffered the split signal into up to three (3) signals outputs via unity gain amplifier from one input, where individually using and buffering another input. I.e. Input 1 (IN1) 0V to 10V signal to 0V to 10V on three outputs 1, 2 and 4, Input 4 (IN4) 0V to 5V signal to 0V to 5V on tow output 4 (OUT4).

 

 

 

Single or Dual or Triple or Quad input signals to up to 4 buffered outputs. Connect and pass throw signal to multiple PLCs, Controllers, and or systems-reading from a single source.

If used properly, it will eliminate the need for expensive splitter or buffered equipment which would otherwise be needed to carry out the same tasks. Commonly utilized as the heart of splitter for Amplified and In-Line Amplified Transducers.

 

INTERFACER-4CBS is easy to install, setup and operate. If you want to do professional voltage measurement and signal buffer related functions, INTERFACER-4CBS offers the features you need. Mounted easily via two 0.125" mounting holes.

 

The board design to powered via industrial standard 24V AC (see jumper #4 for position A or B) or 24VDC when J4 set to Position A. 

 

On board signal or dual power source selectable jumper (J4)  with position A or B. Where;

 

Position A (or 2 on PCB side) the unity gain (buffer) Operation amplifiers power of zero 0 (GND) and 15V DC. It will insure past throw signals of 0 to13.5V DC

 

Position B (or 1 on PCB side) the unity gain (buffer) Operation amplifiers power of -5V and 15V DC. It will insure past throw signals of -3.5 to13.5V DC.

 

All wires to and from the board down via Terminal Blocks.

 

Splitter/Buffer Options

 

When J1 short (close) Input signal 1 or 2 split and buffered to output 1 and 2. Sort J2 the input 1 or 2 or 3 split and buffered to output 1, 2 and 3. Sort J3 any input (connect only one) split and buffered to all output. Finally when J1, J2 and J3 are open each signal buffer to its corresponding output.
